Cadis Rapid Shelter 10'x10' Waterproof

Picture is stock picture. Same as actual shelter. Costs $250 new from Amazon. Used only a few times. Great condition, waterproof, adjustable legs. Very easy to set up. Two wear/tear items: a plastic guard piece is cracked (was received this way from manufacturer) but does not impact function. I taped it with duct tape and there is no issue. Can't see it when set up. Also, zipper pull on carry case broke off. Can still open and close.
